With a solid foundation in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), especially third-wave therapies, and a deep commitment to improving the well-being of my patients, I bring a combination of clinical experience, compassion, and evidence-based practice.
My approach integrates CBT, motivational interviewing, Mindfulness and Yoga—methods that have consistently supported patients in achieving and maintaining lasting abstinence.
I am a BACP registered CBT psychotherapist with a BSc in Psychology, MSc in Clinical Psychology and Psychological Counselling, REBT Advanced Certificate at Albert Ellis Institute, New York, and advanced Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training.
My motto is ” This too shall change.”
