Castle Craig is within easy reach of Carlisle, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Glasgow. For patients living further away, the latter two cities have mainline rail stations and airports with national as well as international links.

Arrangements can always be made to meet trains or plane flights.

By road, Castle Craig is situated on the A72. Travelling east towards Peebles the entrance is on the right hand side, 1 mile beyond the junction with A701 Edinburgh road at Blyth Bridge.
