Outpatient Treatment with CATCH Recovery
CATCH Recovery is our London and Nottingham-based outpatient clinics, operating as an extension of the care provided by Castle Craig (continuing care). It offers outpatient programmes designed to support patients in their recovery journey once they have completed residential treatment or for those who may not require intensive inpatient care.
Who Would Benefit Most From Outpatient Care?
Outpatient programmes are particularly beneficial for people who:
- Do not require medical detoxification (such as people with cannabis use disorders).
- Have completed a residential treatment programme and are looking to continue their recovery with support.
- Have work or family commitments that prevent them from engaging in residential treatment.
- Have a stable living situation that is supportive of their recovery efforts.

How Long Does the Programme Last and What Does it Include?
The details of your programme will vary depending on your needs, however, 28 days is the minimum recommended programme length to ensure you receive the care you need. Your outpatient programme will provide the following care and support:
- Individual therapy sessions

How is Treatment Provided?
How is Treatment Provided?
CATCH Recovery provides both online and in-person treatment options. The choice between the two may depend on several factors, such as personal preference, geographic location, and the nature of your recovery needs. For example, if you’re suffering from any co-occurring disorders you may require additional sessions and our certified specialists will advise on this during your assessment.
The programme is provided by our team of professionals who specialise in addiction treatment. These include:
- Certified addiction therapists
- Clinical psychologists
- Psychiatrists
- Counsellors trained in various therapeutic modalities relevant to addiction recovery
