Castle Craig is part of the Castle Health Group, an independent group of addiction clinics. When you call or email us you will reach our Castle Health telephone staff who manage the phones across all our clinics and can answer any questions you have about our addiction treatment programme. Should you wish to proceed with a free screening assessment they will be able to schedule that for you and begin the admissions process at Castle Craig.

Looking to contact someone in an emergency?
- If you need urgent mental health advice or medical support, please call the NHS 24 helpline as soon as possible on 111. The advice is free and could save your life. You can also dial 999 if someone is seriously ill, injured, or at risk of dying.

Confidentiality
We handle all enquiries with the strictest confidentiality. We record some calls so that we can improve our service to our callers on an ongoing basis. In line with GDPR guidelines we store some written information that assists with the admissions process on a secure platform for six months; after 6 months this information is deleted.
We know that admitting you need help is the biggest step and our dedicated admissions staff are here to help you or your loved one find their way into recovery from addiction, with the utmost discretion.
