With nearly two decades of professional experience, John has worked extensively as a relief chef across Scotland, gaining experience in a wide range of kitchens and cuisines. He has also worked as a private chef, preparing tailored meals with a focus on quality ingredients and careful preparation.

At Castle Craig, John focuses on wholesome menus made from fresh ingredients, providing variety and consistency throughout the week. He aims to ensure that meals are both nourishing and enjoyable, supporting patients as they focus on their recovery.
