Campaign & content coordinator


Full-time: 40 hours per week – fully remote (must be based in the UK)

Salary: £30,500 to £34,500 per annum (depending on experience)

Castle Health is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organised, creative and proactive Campaign & Content Coordinator to join our Marketing team.  This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful, high-quality campaigns and content that support our mission and strengthen our brand.

About the role

In this varied and fast-paced position, you’ll support the planning, delivery and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns across our digital channels.  From content creation and social media coordination to SEO support and project workflow management, you’ll help ensure our marketing activity is well-structured, on‑brand and performance‑driven.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Communications and external partners to manage timelines, brief assets, publish content and track results, helping us improve audience engagement and generate high-quality leads.


What you’ll do

  • Support the planning, rollout and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables and workflows using Monday.com.
  • Write, edit and publish content for websites, blogs, email, landing pages and social media.
  • Ensure content meets brand, editorial, audience and SEO requirements.
  • Collaborate on video, webinar and podcast production with the Multimedia Consultant.
  • Manage day-to-day social media scheduling, publishing, monitoring and reporting.
  • Use Google Analytics and platform insights to track performance and contribute to reports.
  • Conduct research into competitors, trends and optimisation opportunities.
  • Confidently use AI tools to support drafting, repurposing and workflow efficiency.
  • Support SEO improvements through structured, high-quality, E‑E‑A‑T‑aligned content.

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • Experience in marketing, content, digital marketing or campaign coordination.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills across digital channels.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and content best practices.
  • Experience coordinating multimedia content (video, webinars, podcasts).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing systems.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com.
  • Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly.

Desirable

  • Experience working with multiple or international brands.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multi-brand or collaborative environments.
  • Knowledge of WordPress.
