With over a decade of experience in addiction recovery and a strong academic foundation in BSC Health and Exercise, David works as a Well-being and Fitness Manager at Castle Craig Hospital, offering a comprehensive approach to recovery. His approach focuses on creating sustainable, healthy routines that support long-term recovery and well-being.
At Castle Craig we combine structured exercise rehabilitation with mindful movement practices such as yoga and Pilates, alongside innovative therapies including sound and light therapy. We use nature walks to reconnect individuals with the outdoors, promoting calm, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Holding Level 4 qualifications in Postural Stability and Falls Prevention, as well as multiple certifications in exercise rehabilitation and fitness, David is passionate about using movement, mindfulness, Breath work and nature to guide people toward balance, confidence, and holistic healing after addiction.
