We are unique as the only rehab centre in the UK to offer alcohol and drug rehab treatment amid 50 acres of private woodland set among the beautiful hills of the Scottish Borders.  We guarantee privacy, tranquility and inspiration during recovery.  We offer an escape from chaotic lifestyles, in a setting where patients can really focus on their recovery.

A Short Drive from Edinburgh Airport

Once you arrive through the entrance, and drive up the private country road into the estate, no other houses or roads can be seen ensuring privacy and confidentiality.  Yet we are easily accessible being located 40 minutes door-to-door from Edinburgh International Airport and a convenient train ride from Glasgow, London and cities in England.

Outdoor Rehab Treatments

We offer our patients equine therapy in our horses’ field, horticultural therapy in our walled garden, ecotherapy and plenty of outdoor fitness activities.  Our grounds are home to numerous varieties of plants, trees and animals and we even breed our own Castle Craig Hebridean sheep.  The air is fresh and our private water supply comes straight out of the surrounding hills – it is good enough to bottle.

Family Retreats within the Grounds

Our large grounds have enabled us to build the best facilities for our patients and we have created gatehouse lodges where family members can stay.
