Join our compassionate team at Castle Craig Hospital
Are you passionate about helping others on their journey to recovery? Castle Craig, a leading private addiction treatment hospital nestled in the peaceful surroundings of West Linton, is seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to join our Therapy Department as a Recovery Worker.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a caring and professional team that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
As a Recovery Worker, you’ll be responsible for providing direct support to patients throughout their treatment journey, focusing on engagement, programme delivery, community safety, and para-clinical assistance.
As the frontline role within the Recovery Support Team, the Recovery Worker helps maintain the daily structure of the community, supports patients during unstructured times, and contributes observations that inform therapeutic care. The role is suitable for individuals in recovery or those training toward therapeutic professions offering a meaningful pathway for personal and professional growth within a supportive and purpose-driven setting.
Please note: this is not a carer role. We are specifically seeking applicants with experience in addiction treatment and working with residential patients in a rehabilitation setting. This role involves therapeutic engagement and structured recovery support—not personal care duties.
