Nestled within 50 acres of serene parkland, Castle Craig offers a tranquil environment, the stunning natural surroundings and panoramic views create a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. This serene backdrop fosters a sense of calm, making it the ideal setting for your journey to recovery, allowing you to focus on healing and self-discovery.

The Role of Sleep in Addiction Treatment

At Castle Craig, we know that quality sleep is a vital part of your recovery.

During sleep, your body and mind repair and rejuvenate and this is crucial for recovering from the physical and mental toll of addiction. A good night’s sleep helps stabilise mood and reduce emotional turbulence, making it easier to cope with cravings and triggers. Adequate sleep enhances cognitive function, aiding in better decision-making and problem-solving, crucial skills for staying on the path to recovery.

We have worked hard to create a peaceful environment to ensure you get the rest you need to thrive in your recovery.

Can I leave valuable items in my room?

Each patient will have a personal safe in their room to store valuables such as cash, passports and credit cards. Please avoid bringing expensive jewellery or equipment as we are not responsible for damaged or lost valuables.
